Exclamation B5 A4 2.8mq with couple of codes, sister's car, help!

My car a good decade ago has seen better days, 2 of my younger sisters have driven it for the better part of the last 7-8 years. Anyway, it's not passing NJ emissions, because of CEL/MIL light and codes. To all of us on this forum, we fix things, maintain our cars, are overly anal about them, etc... well the 2 of them are the opposite. I am in CA and weighing whether it makes sense to keep this car alive or if I should let them continue with the mechanics special/parts craigslist post.

    Codes... P1128/1130, P1137, P1392, P1476

Seems to be a heavy mix of oxygen sensors, mass air flow, vacuum leak or vacuum hoses, etc... The car starts no problem but apparently cannot be driven, waiting to get a little more clear diagnosis. In the meantime, any experiences with the above.

In searching P1128/30 seems to be MAF. P1476 seems to vacuum hose. Not sure on all though
    Thx

Safe to say the MAF and fuel delivery has been checked?

definitely not checked. I would think it is MAF, o2 sensors, and vacuum hose related, but I'm not local to the car to check it out
