    Hi guys,

Just to help me make my mind: who is running 215/40r18 on wide (9"+) wheels ?

Your feedback? So far so good? Never again ?

I plan doing this on my bagged S4 but a little voice behing my head keeps telling me "even if you will drive safely, you're taking big risks doing this..."

On another side, I KNOW some of you are rolling like this since years, evec on smaller tires sometimes like 215/35r18...

Your comments are all welcome, except people that are gonna say "9.5 wheels are gonna take at least 245 or 255 to be correct"... I'm going the STANCE way, not the big performance way this summer. I just don't wan't to be 100% unsafe.

    Thank you !

Why do you keep making threads on wide wheels?

9.5 wheels are gonna take at least 245 or 255 to be correct.

    In other news...

I'll be putting 235s maybe 245s on my 9.5s. That's plenty of stretch for me (as in, not much). Stretching in general is sketchy as fuck.

Just so we all know what we're looking at.

I think it looks like shit, and its dangerous to not only you, but the others driving around you if something goes wrong.

'cause this is a different subject mate :) .

The other one is about THE correct offset for my fitting needs, this one is about how good/crap is narrow tire on a wide wheel.
