Got it done this weekend and it went pretty smooth. Only issue is B8 pads have different sensors. I going to do some research on vag-com the error out instead of splicing the cable. But I can live with the light for now. Another small issue is the calipers I bought don't have the anti-rattle clips, so I have to order those today.
Before shot of the rears, so much corrosion and brake dust on
I sanded the rears down using 180grit sand paper and cleaned them off really good with brake cleaner before I painted them black.
The lines on the b8 calipers are wayyyy longer. So we zip-tied them.
Finished rears
Finished Fronts
All in all I spent $443...some beer and food for my buddies for helping and 2 hours of casual "work".
Front Calipers, lines and pads - $200
Front Rotors - $135
Rear Pads and Rotors - $95
Black Caliper Paint -$8
Dot4 Brake Fluid - $5
Now I just need to sell my winter wheels and buy bigger ones because they wont fit hehe.
