I did some coding recently just wondering what I did wrong. When running DRLs my headlights are on as well with the LED strip.

You have to put the switch to Parking lights I think to get just the DRL's?

Not certain what year you have but in the 2013 you can run with DRL's w/o headlights. If you were coding you might have clicked a box or exchanged a "byte" or two. If you are using VagCom/VCDS then do a scan and check under the section dealing with lighting. I messed around with mine a ton a few months ago and seem to recall something about headlights and DRLs but I may be mistaken.

The switch is on the Parking light.I think I engaged the parking light to turn on as the DRL. found some of the coding associated with it and will try it out. Thank you.
