So I call this afternoon at 3:00 and get some kid on the phone who was quite rude.
I ask him a couple questions about the parts I'm looking at, he doesn't listen to a word I'm saying.
I get disgusted with being disrespected as a customer and hang up.
Is this typical of their customer experience?
I've only ever done business with them once, years ago.
I was calling about parts for my A4...and to think they want my Porsche business!
