How to remove the Oil Dipstick Guide Tube from the block?

It's number 4 in the picture. I'm taking the block for cleaning and I don't know how to remove it. I would leave it there but it has the plastic thing with an O-ring seal at the top and hot tank cleaning will damage it I'm afraid. I tried pulling it, twisting it, but I don't want to put too force I'm afraid to brake it or bend it, it seems to be made out of metal. I couldn't find anything on this and Bentley manual doesn't say anything about it either besides mentioning it.

You have to press it out, Just leave it in and pull the oring out. it doesn't matter when you hot tank it.

there's no seal/o-ring at the bottom on the engine block?

Nope, it seals by being pressed on.
