Im wondering if anybody had this problem before, a little earlier tried to start my car but it was cranking slow so I clutch started my car cause I knew the battery was dead and on its way out, so I bought a new battery, now my car doesnt crank and my stock locks/alarm dont work but every thing else works fine, car stays on aswell when I clutch start it. Idk if its a relay or ignition switch or possibly the alarm not letting my car crank cause it stopped working. Any feedback would help, thanks

Yep, could be the alarm. The starter relay requires a ground that is supplied by the transmission being in Park or Neutral (or clutch being pushed down if Manual trans). This ground is required. It also "passes through" the locking module. That way the alarm can deny the starter from operating.

What you can do is bypass the entire mess. Pull the starter relay out, and put a bypass wire in its place. This connects the START signal from the ignition switch DIRECTLY to the starter solenoid. Pow. It's like that, son. All safeties removed.

Hey I saw this thread and thought I ask since my car cranked but no start after trying to install a remote start. Now car battery is dead too like when I crank the volts on the Dash meter drops practically 3/4 way down. Any clues please. Beside checking all fuses and the basics which I will do. Thanks also obd doesn't read.
