B6 S4 towing hook/eye

Does anyone happen to know what the part number is for the B6 S4 towing hook/eyelet? I guess the last time my S4 got towed the damn tow truck driver kept it. I know that this company makes a cool tow hook that can be altered to mount a GoPro: http://www.ngpracing.com/newstore/re...a6-s6-rs6.html
Problem is I don't know if I would trust it to be used for towing up a flat bed.
