does the bulb rattle around/ is it duct tapeable?

The guy that had the car before me put it in and used a zip tie to hold it in place and I never had a problem with it rattling around and I didn't know it was that way until I just pulled the engine

Also I believe autozone or oreilly auto parts sells a ring that will work for it I'm just not putting the fogs back on and if I remember the ring from them places is only like 10 bucks or I believe you can get the ring from the dealer for around 20
