Ugh after a few months of the car running perfect the misfire is back but its different than before?

Before the car was misfiring and back firing and bucking really hard, turned out to be the ICM was too close to the turbo and was overheating, fixed that problem and put new plugs in and the car ran perfect. A few days ago the car would randomly misfire and sound like a subaru. Its not popping and backfiring like before but it will run rough and slow for a min or 2 and the CEL will flash then it will run totally normal again? It has been doing this off and on for a few days now.

here are the codes i pulled

P0300 is random misfire. P0303 is Misfire Cyl 3. So start there. Check your plug gap, wires leading to cyl 3 coil pack, etc.

I just had the same issue last night. P0303 Misfire Cyl 3. So I'm doing the same as you. I didn't get p0300 though... Any chance that is left over from your last issue? Did you clear your codes?
