2001 2.8 30v auto. No-Start out of the blue. No codes. Has spark. Help please!

It was daytime but fairly certain it had spark... about to crank and smell the plugs for fuel.. if they're wet with fuel then whats my next step? fuel pressure?

check and make sure the timing belt hasn't snapped. If you have wet plugs clean em off and remove the vac line from the fpr, if its failed internally it will be dumping fuel into the vac line and flooding out the engine.

sounds like it had compression, Went out today, turned the key and it fired up for a sec. As soon as i barely brushed the gas it instantly shut off. Tried to start it again and it just chugged a turn and just spun. Re-confirmed spark and it's strong although the plugs are old and nasty.

I made a video of cranking while looking down the spark plug hole. Looks like MAYBE small puffs then one larger puff?

Ill have to check that vac line.
