    headlight issue!!!!

    I have a 2006 audi a6 3.2 2WD. When I turn my headlights on only one headlight works. The other just kinda flashes but after a few flashes stays off. The bulbs are new do I know its not the bulbs. Anyone know what could be the problem? Do I need new headlight assembly? Btw, its xenon setup.
