    Audi ADS Damping Control Light

    Hey Guys

I'm wondering if there are any of you out there with ADS that are on aftermarket coils? I wonder what the process is to get around the dampening light, and if the only option to avoid the light is by buying the KW module (http://www.ecstuning.com/ES2608438/)

I looked up some threads and there was no real definitive answer so I hope someone could chime in? Paying an extra $400 for a module does add a pretty penny to the price of some coils. To my knowledge, KW also sells the module at a slightly lower rate if you buy them with KW V1/2/3, but wanted some insight from those who are on aftermarket coils and have ADS
And to those who say to just get springs, I don't really want to blow out a shock, and I also want the added adjustability of a coil.

I have ADS with H&R Coilovers, using the KW delete modules. You can use them on any set of coils.

I have coils and ADS WITHOUT the kw delete kit. I was able to code out the light but still get the error on vagcom scans. there was a thread i posted in a few months back with the coding changes i did.
