Need help for my mother's B8 a4

She has a bone stock B8 a4 2.0T base. Normal stock radio non Nav. She doesn't want to change the speakers or head unit. She does have the aux input in the center armrest. She wants to add the ability to stream her playlist from her iPhone 5 and place handsfree Bluetooth calls.
What's the most cost efficient and aesthetically pleasing (if mounted) setup for her car.

Tune2 Air would be the best for streaming music but for handsfree calling try Parrot or something similar that provides a speaker/mic combo.
