Even through we purchased the car CPO and the service was done before we got the car, I decided to go ahead and change the oil before it was due for it's next service. (17k) I purchased an oil dipstick and didn't like the look of the oil that was in the car. Looked a little dark in my opinion. I went with 0w-40 Castrol Edge, new mann oil filer/cabin filters. After filling the car with ~ 5qts, the dipstick only showed up to the lower half. I warmed up the car, and now the dip stick is showing overfilled by a bit, since capacity is 4.9qt and I poured in about 5.1qt I'm just going to leave it.

I had to get a oil filer wrench, since some animal before me didn't grease the gasket on the oil filer, and it seized onto the block. Fun stuff.

    Overall pretty easy job.
