Rough Winter on the S4, need some help

Its been a bit of a rough winter for my S4 and I need some help, let me know what you guys think.

First problem is my front bumper, this actually happened last January and i still cant seem to find a solution. I got caught it caught under a cement parking block (covered in snow) and it pulled the driver side off of the car. I was able to put it back on and there is no cosmetic damage to it thank fully but i broke the section of plastic off that connects it to the fender. Has this happened to anyone? Any thoughts besides buying a new bumper? I know its minor but it drives me crazy, if i look at that side of the car thats all i see.

Blew out a tire on a pothole and cracked the center cap when trying to put it back on after having the tire replaced... Problem is I cant seem to find any specs as to the part number for this specific wheel or the diameter of the cap for this model

Glove box hinge broke...Plan on using this DIY, anyone have any issues with it? http://www.audizine.com/forum/showth...love-box-hinge

Armrest latch broke... pretty much giving up on this damn thing. I stuck some Velcro on it to keep it shut, if there's any better ideas out there id be glad to hear them

Got rear-ended too, but that's fixed now

    The glory days...

If you still have the pieces from the bumper you may be able to use JB Weld to fix it. As for the other two problems, well...welcome to the club.

Do you still have the splash guards?

Tried jb weld wasn't strong enough to hold the tension pulling the bumper to the fender...was think of trying gluing a large metal plate to the inside with two ends to go through the bolt holes just to keep it close to the fender...we'll see what spring brings.

I'm guessing by delete the armrest you mean there's no cheap resolution?

Had the same problem re: Centre armrest latch…

Buy this, it works like a charm. Just use a screw driver to pop the bottom, pull out the broken latch and re-fit the new one (see images in link).

For me the glove box hinge fix only lasted about a year. After that I bought a new glove box face.

Do you have a picture of your armrest? Just want to make sure they're the same before I order this!

I don't think Fritz is making those DIY kits for the glovebox any more. Here's and alternative.
