2012 S4 Stasis challenge pacakge, good buy ?

Whats up guys ? in the market for an s4 for a while, been watching a few cars here and there. This one def caught my eye. Its a lil over my budget but i plan on modding the car with just about everything that this car has so it might work out cheaper for me. I think the price is pretty reasonable, ill share the link in a bit. Also whats the story with the warranty as far as statis and audi ? I've been reading mixed reviews, seems like its up to the dealerships discretion to decide if they will fix or deny the claim ? Any help would be appreciated as well as your thoughts / experiences !

Stasis isnt affiliated with AOA. Your drivetrain warranty with AOA ends when the ECU is touched and modded. There are a couple threads on here with Stasis being sketchy about full filling their warranty claims so be advised.

I've had nothing but 5 star warranty experience with STaSIS... I had ECU issues and they took very good care of me. All work done through the dealership and in the end didn't even get flagged TD1...

Did notice by looking at a few threads that one does NOT have backup cam (not sure if that matters to you) and has a thread about dent removal so might want to make sure the dent was taken care of properly. Just looking out.

yes i looked at all that, i was emailing back and forth with him for some more pix and more details. Then he responds with an email " You're an idiot douchebag. I am only sad that I won't get back the 90 min I spent dealing with your sorry ass. Enjoy your Honda Civic with the coffe can muffler! Now go fuck yourself. " after i proceeded to tell him I plan on making arrangements to take a flight out there since i mentioned from the beginning i was in NY. then he also responded with " I call them like I see them fuck face. We're done. " After i asked some more detailed about the car. I guess I'm glad I didnt spend a few hundred dollars on a flight to meet someone that plans on doing business that way. Kinda disappointed since I was really interested in the car. I told him it was a lil over my budget but I proceeded to tell him i'm still interested since it had all the mods i planned on doing in the future. I would have came up with the extra money.

I would contact him again, offer less, but stress that this time you are really serious about the purchase. Just be a cynical AHole and pester him. He was a douche and needs to be taken to task,IMO. FYI, if you call tomorrow and follow my advice regarding revised offer, which he will refuse. Call the next day with an even lower offer, etc.

On another note:
is the Stasis warranty transferable to a new buyer? I thought I read somewhere that the Stasis warranty only covers their parts for the original owner, but I could be wrong??
