I have had a few good experiences with Ed Carroll in Fort Collins. Pretty good guys, nothing bad to say. Hope this helps.

I have also dealt with Ed Carrol.
Bought a CPO A4 & have to say they backed up all the promises they made.
My salesman was Evan Scott but I think he was leaving for a teaching job.
Anyway, I fully recommend them.

I had a terrible experience with Ed Carroll. Rick is a total ass. The "head" tech broke parts on my car while trying to replace a failed coolant hose. Didn't put the bumper on right and said "it's fine, thats how it is. " even compared it to another RS4 and it was definitely off. They told me to go elsewhere. Also, they gave me an Allroad loaner with a failed air suspension when I told them I was going on a 300 mile trip. It was over the weekend, so I had to rent a car for $50/day. On that Monday afternoon, I call since I never got a call that morning about it. Rick said "oh yeah, the suspension has some issues but the car is still drivable." Maybe Rick isn't there anymore, But I've heard from 3 other people having issues with him and some of the other service staff. The sales department is great though.
