Transmission kick down into 1st normal? Weak AC

So I recently started leasing a 2016 Q5 Prem plus. I have a 2011 6Spd S4 so im not used to the 8spd ZF8 trans in the Q5 but when I am coming to a stop it feels like its having trouble getting into 1st gear and its a harsh shift down( ai am not shifting it, I leave in D and let the car do the work). There is feeling almost like the car is bucking like a manual about to stall. No RPM problems. Otherwise the powertrain is great but not sure if this a normal bug in the dsg or if I should get it looked at.

Also the AC blower speed seems to be so much weaker then my 11S4. When I have the blower on my S4 on 4-6 it feels pretty strong and gets stronger as you turn it up. On the Q5 10-11 feels like blower speed 4-5 on the S4. Temp is fine but blower seems weak. I have tried closing all the passenger vents and rear vents as well as closing off the glovebox ac. ANy thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
