Which SoCal service dept do you use?

Have had one of our brand new audi's into the nearest dealership for what should be a minor issue that has existed since Sept 2013 and after over 5 visits they still have not resolved the issue.

Though they acknowledge it exists, they have not been able to fix it.

i believe if its been in the shop 3 times for the same issue, it could be a lemon law car?
