'03 a4 oil sludge low oil pressure. "cam chain tensioner noise" 325K kms (video)

We've had this problem for about 2 mnths~ now and now its time to let it go. Before that we changed the cam chain tensioner and then put in like 40% diesel and rest 5w-30. Now it started up just fine and did not make the noise at all for its duration (5 minutes this was just for the cleaning) I'm thinking that the oil galleries or oil pump/pick up tube is clogged and the thinner oil/diesel mixer got through fine. I'm just wondering before we part out/sell the car should we add some really thin visc. oil and see if the car runs? Now it's out of the warranty time for the oil sludge recall and I don't think we can drop the pan (unless it's easy to do so?) This is how it sounds currently
