Are the fog lights compatible with both S-line and non S-line fog Grills?

If you are talking about the actual OEM lights, there is no difference. What are you looking to do? The only difference between the model trim is the actual grille

i was just going to replace the grills

The sline grilles only fit the sline bumper.

There are aftermarket options from my understanding, but OEM would require fabrication

yea and i'm also replacing the bumper to an s-line one, but you answered my question regarding the fog lights

the fog lights are definitely the same, I did the conversion and did not change the lights.
