Problems with KW DLC Module 19610004 and RS7

I ordered the KW DLC module from KW's website. I installed it according to their printed instructions. The module does not recognize the Can bus signal in the RS7. Based on the wiring harness layout it gets the can bus signal from the park distance control module which is next to the air suspension control module. The H&R module harness has the same layout but does not require any re-pinning.

The module powers on but has a constantly flashing blue LED which per the instructions means it is not receiving a can bus signal.
I was able to connect to the LAN module with an Ipod touch via WiFi, but was unable to make any changes to the settings.
My android phone did not recognize the KW DLC.
KW tech support assisted in troubleshooting initially but has since refused to help since the RS7 is not specifically listed as being compatible with the module on their website.
After searching the web I saw vague mention of an install issue with an S6 install.

H&R has one part number for S6, A7, S7, RS7 so I know the basic system components are all the same.

What blows even more is that I can't return the kit. Even though it never worked because I attempted to install it they consider it to be used.
Does anyone have any install experience with KW DLC part number 19610004. Per the website it is listed for all A6/A7 models.

Any RS7 owners considering lowering options please avoid KW until they figure this out. The only proven module option at this point is H&R.

Maybe Alex at TAG motorsports can help you. They have experience with those modules

I think it was Tag that mentioned they had an issue with a S6 install. I wonder if it was this same can bus problem.

OP, sorry you are unable to get this working, but thanks for the heads up to the board. Good luck, hope KW or one of the aftermarket vendors can help get you squared away.

    That's a heck of a quiver.
