    Hey guys,how are ya...

Cars been running just fine past few weeks with no issues etc...

Go to get into her this morning to start and she just starts clicking like the battery is dead? She won't even crank just those fast clicks.

I turn the lights on and they start like flashing like police car lights(kinda) I then waited for a few and tried again and just clicking but no turning over. I checked to make sure I didn't leave any interior lights on but everything was ok.

Any idea what's going on? I mean the car ran just fine yesterday all day.

    Thanks.

Batteries can die like that for many reasons. Even if they're new. I'd get an Optima Yellow if I lived in cold climate like you, but even Optimas fail from time to time. They have a 3 year warranty though.

Yeah I was eventually going to get one of the optima's anyway when I had the money because I'm running 2 JL AUDIO amps and 1 JL SUB so I figured those will be a good choice with what I'm running. Just trying to research which one is best or would fit in our cars.

They don't make a direct fit battery for our cars, but you should be able to fit a decent size battery in there. Even a group 51 will do. Go Blue or Yellow top, they're both deep cycle. If you're running a big sound system, consider a higher amp alternator as well.

Thanks man,I appreciate it. I know it's not a crazy lot but also know it's way more than the stock audio setup that car comes with but it's just 2 amps and one 12" sub and I hardly get on it that much so I'm guessing/hoping that with the yellow top,I should be ok? If not then I will upgrade to a higher altinator later on down the road.

    Thanks again man.

No worries. Nice thing about deep cycle is you can run them down to almost nothing and they'll still charge back up.
