    I have a fog light relay that has the independent fog lights mod done to it.

    This only works on B5 cars with factory fog lights.

    The fog relay is located above the glove box. Pull the side off the dash and you'll see it. You can try to remove it from there if your hands are small enough or drop the glove box.
