2004 Audi A8L
136k miles
Can't get rid of the following two codes and block 107 keeps failing. Please take a look at my fuel trim log file and see if you notice anything out of the ordinary that might confirm a vacuum leak or a fuel issue. I am aware that the Partial blocks in 032 are almost 10% and they were 12% at one point, those could be tripping the light. I know Ross-Tech says if the Partial is high it is usually a bad MAF but that doesn't seem like it's my case.
P1136 (Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Add): System too Lean )
P1138 (Fuel Trim: Bank 2 (Add): System too Lean )
Measuring Block 107
Fuel Injection (Fuel Supply System)
RESULT Lambda Control: "SYSTEM NOT OK"
THINGS I DID:
New MAF & also tried MAF from known good car
New Fuel Filter
New PCV Valve
Tested Fuel Pressure at idle
Couldn't find vacuum leaks

*NOTE*
Cell 197-214 is the only place where I see the actual A/F go very lean, it looks like it was off throttle anyway, but I'm wondering if that would trip the lean codes. Not sure what is happening there. The A/F looks around 14.7-15 the rest of the log!
COLD START IDLE LOG
Starting at cell 39 you can see the Lambda Controls going over 10% correction, does anyone have an idea of what would cause these types of corrections only on a cold start? I'm thinking a Secondary Air Injection leak. I took a bunch of logs and normal driving and idling won't trip these types of fuel trims, so it looks like the cold start idle is bringing up the Lean Codes.
