Deleting DV and switching to manual BOV low boost issue

I recently just finished up a custom turbo swap on my 05.5 B7 A4 last week. Long story short, I deleted the divertor valve, switched to a manual blow off valve and recirculated it back into the turbo intake pipe post MAF. Im running a Greddy boost controller, even with the boost cranked up It will only hit 4-5 psi then the throttle is closing to 35-40%. I am wondering if having the factory boost controller and DV deleted is causing my ECU to back out of throttle.... I should be running at least 10 psi with the controller backed all the way out so it has to have something to do with MAF/MAP/TPS correlation.... BTW, I'm running a Borg Warner GM3, custom 1.5'' header, 3'' turbo back CATless, 40mm BOV,50mm WG, 2.5'' intercooler piping, 3'' FMIC, AEM WM, intake flapper delete and Maestro Stage 2... Before the swap I had it dyno'd on the heartbreaker- 181 hp and 250tq @ 19 psi uncorrected... Need to get this boosting so I can hit the dyno again to see how much of a gain it'll make.... I'm wondering if I need to upgrade to the 3bar MAP? I'd appreciate any insite on this issue I'm having!

Figured it out. Just as I thought, plugged in the DV and BC then bam! 15psi of boost. Now I just need to throw another spring in my wastegate. Put almost 300 miles on her yesterday and she ran great aside from my wastegate fluttering. I'll get that fixed this weekend and mix up another batch of boost juice for the next trip.
