Hell yeah dude, looks stellar. Stoked to see them go on a local Q too. That fitment is proper for the B9.

Hello Fellow Audi Owners! Iíve finally received my Black SQ5 and have a winter tire/wheel question. Has anyone tried or seen a 2018 SQ5 with 19Ē (Peelers) OEM wheels from the B8 Audi A4/S4 (2009-2016)?
The reason I am asking is there is a ton of those wheels for sale in my area, but I am uncertain about the offset. In short, the peelers would bring the wheel/tire 9mm closer to the suspension stut. Does anyone know if there is enough clearance to accomodate 9mm? Iíve seen an SQ5 with 19Ē wheels from the current gen A4 which have a 40mm offset, but I do not know if spacers were used. Iím afraid spacers will cause vibrations in the steering wheel. If they donít fit, I can always go the ďReplikaĒ wheels route, but Iíd rather buy OEM if I can. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks, Simon

They may fit, but it would be close. Spacers are fine as long as you go with good ones that are "hub-centric."

I am in the same boat as you, looking for 19's that could fit a '14 SQ. Mops had commented that S5 wheels work, they have a smaller offset (+33). Spacers can always be used to fine touch the look but the wheels clear everything fine from a S5.

Thats what im looking for as well. Keeps tire cost down a lot !

+1 on the 19x8 (might be 8.5, can't recall) ET 33 on a 2014-2017 SQ. I have replica rotors and 235/55 tires that work perfectly. I'm of no help with what will fit on a 2018.

Vorsteiner has some 19" options. 8.5/9/9.5 in the 101/103/107. And I happen to need to move some Vorsteiner wheels this week 😎 They of course have the 20" 103 and 107 too.

BBS also has the 19x10 ET25 CI-R. They'd be awesome on the Q/SQ5. Proper width and offset too.

I actually had S5 wheels on my SQ for a bit... with S5 tires lol....

Thanks everyone. I've written to a few dealers and see what they say. Worst case scenario, I could use a 5 mm spacer or hope to find some older 19" Q5 wheels. Winter is still in a few months. I have time! :)

The 5mm spacer is the one size that might cause a vibration. This is because they are too small to be hub-centric and too big for the wheel to center on the hub, itself. Just an FYI. YMMV

Opinions on TSW "rotary forged" wheels? I know they are not the super baller wheels some of you have here but kids college fund is more important than volks as much as that pains me to admit. Found a set locally of the geneva in 20x10 for a stupid cheap price.

I saw the posting on NCAC. That's definitely a nice price...less than half of the America's Tire retail price. The load rating is sufficient. I'd be a bit concerned about the centering rings, but even if you need a new set, they're inexpensive. If you like the styling, it's worth a drive to Tracy to inspect. Good luck.

Yup, those are the ones. I didn't even know TSW made wheels that were rotary/flow forged. I had always seen them as cheap cast wheels. Nothing really wrong with the stock wheels other than them being heavy, narrow, and for whatever reason mine have winter tires mounted. Figured for the price the set in question is going for its worth considering.

The Official Q5/SQ5 Wheel Thread - Post your setup!

Iíd rather buy TSW than some of the other brands (Vossen back in the day comes to mind) where you donít even know who is and where they are actually manufacturing the wheels. Youíll be fine running TSW if you like the look. The finish may not be as durable as some more expensive wheels, but I doubt thereís anything to worry about structurally.

BTW you know the cost for a set of Volks isnít even going to make a dent in college tuition costs right?

Yes, not looking forward to those costs. On the bright side, I have 17.5 years before that time comes.

I support TSW. They've been around for a good while, and their flow formed wheels are a great value. As mentioned, the finish will not be quite as good as say BBS, but it's a solid wheel. I personally really enjoy the Bathurst.

I really liked the Bathurst, great quality wheel for the price. But as others mentioned, the finish isnít the same as say BBS.
