Can I find an address on my phone or PC and send it to my MMI Nav?

I thought I saw people on here mentioning they did it but when I went to google's "send to car" site Audi is not on the list of supported manufacturers.

My "send to car" feature has never worked, but Audi is listed there.

Yes, works fine from PC or Mac. "Send to car" is not available on the mobile Google Maps app, but there is the MMI Connect app from Audi through which you can send addresses to the car. The latter only works if you've signed up and configured your MMI to use the new myAudi website (my.audi.com and not my2.audiusa.com), though.

That's correct. This is all part of the bigger Audi Connect feature for which you need the MMI 3G Plus and obviously a data plan for the car.

Partially true. You don't need a data plan to access your phones contacts and then map to a certain contact (if you have your addresses assigned to each contact). You can access your contacts through the navigation destination.

That is correct, but I thought this thread was about sending addresses to the nav system from PC or phone that are not stored on the phone. Obviously all the contacts including their addresses and phone #s are synced over Bluetooth with the MMI directory and one can navigate directly (with limitations) to any address associated with a contact. The limitations are that the MMI needs to be able to successfully parse the address from your phone book and turn it into a standardized navigation destination. This process fails if you have apartment or suite #s in the address.

This is great. Didn't know it was a feature. Just bought a '14, being able to send an address from Google Maps on my phone to the car's MMI is awesome.

Called AOA and set it up. Easy to do.

Didn't notice OP was in Canada. You are right. This doesn't work in Canada. Audi Connect is not available in Canada yet. If I'm not mistaken it is now available for the new A3, but I'm not positive.

I tried this over the weekend and my MY2012 car won't recognize the address. On my Android phone, it has Address then lets you enter the address beneath that line. When i pull it up on the navigation system on the car, the "Address" word is on line one instead of the house number, street name.... Do you know how to fix this beside getting another phone? I have a Nexus 4 if that makes any difference.
