    The Fix:

Our engineering team was able to acquire a vehicle experiencing this issue and was able to duplicate the issue, identify what the issue was and resolve the issue. After several weeks of beta testing, customers running the updated software reported the issue was resolved.

    How to get the update:

The process of updating the files is lengthy and not all ECU box codes exhibited the same behavior. As such, I will take requests and have engineering update files one by one as the requests come in. Eventually all files going forward will be updated. Please send me your vin ONLY if you’ve experienced this issue so we can update affected codes first, before updating the rest.

List of updated ECU Box codes and Revisions (I'll keep this updated):

    • 4F1910551D S0010
    • 4L0910551Q S0030

List of currently incomplete requested ECU Box codes and Revisions (I'll keep this updated):

    None

    Conclusion:

I want to thank all of our customers who brought this information forward to us and helped us resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience during the whole process and Go APR!
