Question Replacing The Entire B5 A4 Sound System

So I do have the Bose system but my speakers are beginning to fail me. I plan on replacing all of the speakers in the car.
I already have a Pioneer HU

    Here's the plan so far:

-8 band EQ mounted somewhere in the front
-2 Amps mounted in the trunk
-2 12" subs in the trunk (can the B5 fit them side by side?)
-2 6.5" speakers in the rear doors (Left over from a previous sound system)
-2 4" speakers in the lower front doors (Can bigger speakers be fitted here?)
-2 2" tweeters in the upper front doors

I ran a similar set-up to this in an 97' Blazer I had before the Audi and the was with sub-par equipment. Will I run into any problems with finding room for wiring in the B5? Any problem with the B5 powering all of this equipment or would a capacitor be a good decision? If anyone knows of any threads that would cover these questions links would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like nobody replied to you on this.

Front doors: you can run 5.25" speakers with a Autoleads SAK-1104 adapters (strange thing: they say for only up to model year 1999, but I'm still planning to try mine in my 2001 w/ Bose)
Rear doors: just looked at the Bose speaker in my 2001 yesterday, and it looks like there is a sort of adapter already there. In any case, nobody seems to complain about any challenges with putting in 6.5" speakers (I plan to pretty soon as well)
Rear deck: it looks like you aren't planning to have any speakers there? I'm thinking the same thing for my car

There's plenty of space to run new cables. On my '98 A4 I ran all new speaker wire and RCAs, as well as power cable. Just don't run your power cable with the signal cables (I ran power on driver's side, and speakers/RCA on passenger side).

I too mounted my amps in the trunk. In my case they were both mounted hanging under the rear deck to maximize trunk space since I use my seats folded down pretty often. Am planning to do the same in my 2001.
