Unfortunately not this year but be sure to keep you eyes out for this thing at a few events towards the end of this year. Possibly even the Targa Trophy Holiday Cruise 2013 (if all goes to plan)

I traveled thousands of miles to see this in person (among other things), and the build quality is incredible. TAG is quite simply putting on a clinic with this build. Really looking forward to seeing this completed.

That was completed by GMG and sold. Not sure who the new owner is.

Correcto, been running a prototype set of long tubes from them, have a few modifications to make but the gains are niiiiice :)

I heard from GMG that the owner decided to keep it after all. That was a year ago though. I tried to buy it as well.

We're working on that, can't do it now since the car is in pieces. :)

the only thing IMO that trumps the white is the sazuka grey. you are my hero

Some more updates from our LIVE Build just for you AZers

We got the Quarters and new rockers panels mostly cut already and test fitted as well so we can get the new front fenders to mate to the car. The factory RS4 Front Fenders actually go down a few MM lower than the OEM S4 ones. We were not 100% sure if those pieces were needed so what we did was actually overnight the rockers a few days ago so we can keep up with the production.

From the images, you can see how much WIDER the RS really is - note that those wheels on there are actually the wider B8.5 S5 Coupe wheels, which is already aggressive for a standard S4...

Trust me Suzuka Grey has crossed our minds :D such a great color. But we've got some surprises in store that work with the Ibis!

it will be very expensive either way, but the factory never produced a factory B8/8.5 RS version in a sedan. its only available in the avant flavor. this will indeed be a unique build.

I really like this. The Audi factory paint jobs are nothing spectacular. I had to wet sand most of mine.

Amazing. I thought about doing an All Road widebody conversion on my car. Props on going through with this.

Question, are the RS4 widebody pieces metal and will require replacing and welding to the body to replace the factory pieces? Or are those pieces that go on top of the factory B8 body?

Please don't ruin this build with stance society wheels and air suspension. Put the engine in there and go big or go home.

I don't know how any part of my builds indicated that I would do something like that...have some faith! It was purely related to the paint color choice :)
