    Question What do you use to lubricate your sunroof?

    So my sunroof is starting to struggle while opening and occasionally makes a bit of noise. I've cleaned the glass and wiped up all the dust. I've wiped down the gasket with a damp cloth and I'm considering applying Einzsett's Gummi Pflege Stif to condition it. I'm wondering how you folks go about lubricating the rails? Some sites recommend white lithium grease while others suggest silicone grease. Suggestions?

    I use what Audi uses. Comes in a toothpaste size tube. Not cheap but not too bad either. Dealer should have it.

    Never lubed mine because I never use it. I suppose I should check it out though.

    I, too, used white lithium.

    Supposedly it breaks down the plastic. That and being generally messy. OEM stuff is kinda pricey.
