    Hello,

I have an '07 S6 and I'm looking at OEM replica wheels on ebay, but I cannot find the proper offset range for my car. Does anyone know the range? I've read 35-40 yet other places tell me my current offset is 46 Can anyone help? Thanks!

Take a look at the spare in your trunk. On the backside you should see a size stamp on one of the spokes, 18x8 in my case and two letters followed by a number, that should be your offset. On mine I believe it says, 'ET43', 43mm offset.

Thank you, however I'm looking for more of a range. For example, if my offset is 46, could I fit 40mm offset? If it's 46 could I fit a 48 mm offset? I just want to know if there is an offset too small or too large or if I have to stick to my factory offset. Thanks.

its not that easy... offset is not a set measurement... what i mean is ..take 4 wheels

wheel 1 is 8in wide and has ET40
wheel 2 is 8.5in wide and has ET40
wheel 3 is 9in wide and has ET40
wheel 4 is 9.5in wide and has ET40

they all have ET40 but all will stick out differently

and for reference S6 oem wheel set up is 19x9 ET52
    i think 265 35 tires

u should have at least 10mm clearance.. so if u went 19x9 et42 u whould be fine

i remember a member who ran 15mm spacers all 4 corners

that said.. i hope u dont end up with some cheap reps for ur S6
