Just a portable hotspot. Since I already have AT&T, I just picked up his box with an AT&T SIM card and was able to add it to my plan for $10/month. Nice to have the added peace of mind. I think mifi is meant to signify a mobile hotspot for providing wifi. I got the idea from RAFS7, as he does the same thing

Thanks- I'm happy with it so far- not sure how I feel having it in the center console- it's smaller than a typical iphone, which is nice, but I think I'll look into getting it tucked behind the passenger cubby and tapped into the fusebox there. I have to play some more with the sensitivity of the cameras- they were sending me text alerts for impacts while I was driving today (I had the stereo fairly loud and the subwoofer was likely vibrating the cameras a bit....)

Diameter of the wheel is meaningless as to what width of tire you can run.. you should be more concerned about wheel width

Congrats! Did you get it all done at Achtuning? What made you go with AWE as opposed to Milltek or others?

I called in one garage today to ask for painting crash bar as it will be very visible through the grill and I have been quoted £200 for it

Also brake pads need changing so I asked them if they can paint the calipers as well and they are asking £300 to paint them.

What will you lot suggest. Is it easy to do both paint jobs ???

Also does anyone know what wheels are these. I kinda like them

Both jobs are quite easy, just requires more prep time than actual work. The wheel appear to be vossens or stances. Every wheel manufacturer is knocking off that design.

If you are swapping out your grille yourself just spray paint the crash bar yourself. I did the same for 5$ painter the bar black looks great.

Not sure if the wheels. Maybe the ispira ffr1 ??? Looks similar however maybe someone else can chime in. Here’s a pic

spray the crash bar with a rubberized coating, like plasti-dip, or truck bed lining. Mine was painted with regular paint and the rock chips have become quite visible over the past few years.

Plasti dip isn’t durable at all. It’s quite the opposite.

Truck liner is a good idea. Or just buy the cover.

Long funny and very lucky story. A buddy of mine has a stage II S7 and was looking to get into a S5 sportback (he was flipped on his S7 and it was getting worst the only reason he’d switch) so being in sales if I was able to get him into the car and keep his payment the same or lower all his car goodies were mine! The deal went through and I’ve got myself an AWE track exhaust, APR downpipes, and roc euro intake virtually for free. Only had to pay labor to swap downpipes and the exhaust. Though this exhaust set up wouldn’t be my first choice free is free and downpipes/exhaust are being cleaned up and installed on my car today!
