Aren't they just e-codes that ROW gets and like you have? I wasn't aware RS6 lights were any different than regular e-codes.

His headlights looks blacked out inside, I thought that made the difference between the regular ECODES and the RS6 HEADLIGHTS. But u maybe right , the angle of the picture makes it look really cool.

When i ordered the car i had no idea it will go through these "ridiculous" changes/upgrades :).
I could have bought an S6 and do the same probably, but it is too late now :) RS6 wasn't in my list because it only comes as Avant.
I am very happy with this setup - 3.0T is a very elastic engine and runs smoothly with the current power upgrade and is it, in my opinion, a perfect car for day to day driving. (Plus i never had a supercharged engine, only turbos).

I am somewhat amused that you had an avant RS6 available and didn't want it while people here in the US drool over it and can't get it. Nice car you have regardless of the engine.

I thought the same brother. But like they say- keep a person away from something and they will want it more- thats the case with us. Plus afa Avants go, either you love it or you hate it. There is no in-between.

Just picked up my car last week but Ive done a lot to it in its 178 miles so far. Alu Kreuz, all the 034 motorsport inserts, 20% tint, wrapped the hood/roof/trunk(silver to match the wheels), vagcom the suspension, put on a racechip. 15mm spacers arrive today going on who knows when.

What would you like to see? Pictures dont really do it justice, the wrap isnt a satin black like it looks. Its a metallic silver that matches the wheels.

I figured it wasn't as dark as it looks in that picture. Flat black [like it looks to to me there] on the Sepang looks wrong IMO, that's why I was wondering if you had any shots that showed it more as silver?

I don't think so..i kinda like the contrast. But thinking about cutting it to fit quad tips especially if i get an exhaust upgrade.

Any reason in particular you went with Racechip over Chipwerke? The Chipwerke piggyback is cheaper and apparently the same hardware from what I've read. Any other thoughts you could share with someone on the fence about a piggyback?

They, both companies, say no. My thought is it changes the boost levels so if something happens and Audi plugs in and sees a spike in boost it should flag something???

Can these be detected if removed before service? I am sure that answer is here somewhere but I can't find it.

Chipwerke has a $30 Audizine discount as well. No detection as long as it's removed prior to dealer visit. Other than that I don't know much about them. I've had a lot of tunes, but never a piggy. Really curious to hear from Hyper since he's the only one I know of that's used it on an S6.
