That would look good. The front I wouldn't change a thing. I like that slight tucked look. Just not a fan of wheels sticking out past the fender. Looks like a fiesta with the wheels on backwards lol.

Need more camber and some pulling. I'm sure you'll dial them in. What are specs on those anyways?

I will run ZERO Camber if possible. Looks like the fenders will need about a 1" pull.

Haha, nice. Congrats on the A7, how are you liking it's hatch? I got rid of my '10 A4 too, just didn't do it for me. Still have the B6 Avant and my DD is '13 S4, but lately I have been wanting an S7 bad. No matter how many cars I go through, the B6 Avant always stays.

As you are already familiar with this amazing 3.0 engine, I don't need to talk about how enamored I am with it. It feels to me that the
A7 is everything that the A4 is trying to be. Either that or I've just outgrew the feel of the A4.

You will definelty want the S7 if you already have the 3.0 engine in the S4. For my needs, 400AWHP (with APR chip) will be more than enough for a sporty daily driver.

And I will still have the Avant as my toy for carshows and random debauchery. The A7 is hands down the best car I've ever owned.

I've been slowly stock piling parts again. So far I've gotten the following:

- Oettinger Bumper (my original part)
- Boser hood (my original part)
- Air Lift Bags
- AEB Head w/Shrick Cams
- Built short block w/
--- IE Rods
--- JE 82.5mm pistons w/8.5:1 comp ratio
--- ARP Head and Main studs

I also need help with the folowing. If you have the items or know of anyone who has them please let me know

- Oettinger side skirts
- S4 Avant rear bumper
- S4 Recaros
- Maestro Software

Other than that I just need to start assembling the engine and get my toy back on the road.

I did a nationwide search of craigslist. I located the bumper in MA. Perfect timing I guess. I also found an S4 Avant that I purchased for parts as well. Hopefully, I won't need to trim this bumper as that is the reason why I purchased it. I had already re-acquired my old bumper but I wanted an un-cut bumper so that I could have a cleaner look. I'm using a different FMIC setup this time.

Oh nice! yeah I was so nervous to trim mine haha.. Think you will be able to keep the fogs with your new set-up?

Hopefully I'll be able to keep the fogs. If not I'll have new piping made to accommodate.

Then I put the head on the block using the ARP Fasteners.





Can't believe I'm saying this but it was too damn hot do be in the garage today prior to 5pm. That along with the fact that I spent over 2 hours timing the cams. I despise cam timing.

Well I was about to trim the new bumper then during a mock up I realized that I won't be able to keep the fogs . This basically defeats the entire purpose of acquiring the bumper in the 1st place. I revisited my last build thread and located these pics. Although the FMIC is different this time, it still will not work with the design of the fog lights.





This was the last look. I'm trying to avoid this look again.



And I'm going for this look this time. Not sure how I'm going to pull this off

Looking at Krew53's pics It does not look like fogs are an option.

I don't see fog lights in there. I see a t-bolt clamp band and a blue silicone connector. Or am I blind?

Sam move them to the upper corners like I did on my car...







The fog housings were from the Kerscher kit, then I retro fitted them to stay secured to the bumper.

What about the other Oettinger front bumper? Is that the one I'm seeing in the picture or is it different? I could swear the foglight area is a lot smaller on the new one.

Yea the off center fmic bothers me as well. I may end up selling. It sucks though because it's well put together 1 off piece.

I may have to source a new core because I would really like to maintain the fogs on this bumper.
