Hey BrewDude, did you ever decide on H&R vs S-line suspension for your ride? I've just picked up my first ever allroad (so excited!) and am weighing the lowering options. I recall hearing good things about a straightforward S-line avant spring swap. Would love your thoughts.

I went with a 2012 S-Line avant suspension as my first lowering option and had zero complaints. Truthfully I could've stayed with it and been very happy, not to mention saved a bundle of cash. It looks great on the allroad in my opinion. It won't "slam" the allroad so if you're looking for that go with a different option. Obviously, going the S-Line route won't give you the ability to customize the ride height like coilovers will.

The S-Line suspension is a direct bolt on swap. At least for a 2012 S-Line to a 2013 allroad.

    Cheers
