AUDi died on freeway but started back up every time.WHATS WRONG?

I have an 08 audi a4 2.0t qquattro 6spd and while i was on the freeway it shut off,but everytime ive managed to restart it again as im driving wen its off. recently i put in ram intake and made a heatshield out of sheet metal from ace hardware. i also got stage 2 REVO but that was installed 2 months ago.my audi does feel like it has loss of power like its not going as quick or fast as it should be.any suggestion

maybe some wires are rubbing against the heatshield? but that would cause a fuse to blow.

codes would help

Possibly the speed/crank sensor.

Almost same thing happened to my buddy's Volvo--the [heated, 4-wire] O2 sensor wiring ended up touching the turbo, melting and then blowing the fuse, which also happened to be the same fuse used for fuel injectors, etc. He ended up spinning a bearing from that one (injector failed open and just DUMPED fuel into the cylinders, which got into the oil).

But yeah, check codes if you can, fuses, and then move onto some of the other options... but codes probably will give you the most information.

I think you have 4 other cars you can drive. I wouldnt worry about it being a man of your young age and financial stature.

We don't pick and choose who gets bashed here. Most of the time you guys do it on your own with these tough guy im better than you attitudes. Im 23, i have 3 cars that all work just fine, and i have the decency to act like an adult in the presence of others that are doing the same.
