Awe tuning 2.0t front mount intercooler Install

This was a fairly easy install considering how big of an improvement I gained after this install. The Hardest part about this install was actually removing and re-installing the grill assembly. After spending about 2 hours removing the grill and lower splash guard. It only took me about 2 hours and 15 mins to Remove the old and install the new Front mount inter-cooler. after that I spent about another hour and a half re-installing the grill assembly and lower splash guard.

After the install was complete I noticed a significant Increase in performance. You can even feel it in the car and how it runs in every scenario, from Idle to full throttle. Plus It's the Biggest dam inter-cooler I have ever seen in a 4 door sedan designed as a Sport/family car. Now that I have A VAG-COM cable I can get some air temp reading to see in anyone has some stock readings for reference comparison.

Sorry some of the pics are so small, they came from my old phone in a poor format.

Yeah! When I found out that the company was only a 25 mins away I thought I would give them a shot over APR because everyone else was using them. So I figured If I ever have any Issues the manufacture is just around the corner and would take care of them if any pop up. So Far I have been doing business with them of about a year and a Half and can't say anything bad about them. They have been extremely helpful and my main source of ordering after-market parts for my car. Another bonus is that my Audi Dealer is about 2 blocks down the road form them too. However that tends to be an Issue for me because, I end up stopping by AWE every time I need to bring the car in for something and end up buying something new from them on the way home.

That was the main reason I put one in. Now I never worry even when I'm Pushing the car hard for several hours.

I would call AWE but I think it should still fit.

Anyone know if there are issues to look for with running such a large FMIC in cold temperatures? We're talking the kind of cold we get up here...

No, You should be fine just let it run for about a min to warm up. The computer will do all the work. I've had pretty horrible winters the past few years and no Issues with anything.
