    Climate Controll 3 zone retrofit

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
For the last 2 days I was retrofitting 3 zone climate control to my A4 B8 (1zone previously) - newer again, so much staff out.
All components and dashboard had to go. I managed to dismounted half components from the old climatronik, and add all missing motors, tubes and sensors.
3 zone climate control was working nearly with no errors but:

I haven't got the quality sensor installed and only one error in module 08 HAVC
    only one error - 01592 - Air Quality Sensor (G238) 004 - No Signal/Communication
I have to read HAVC module adaptation list and I hope I find out how to uninstall this sensor.

    This is more important:
Some how I lost outside temperature connection or info. No display on fis or in climatronic measurement blocks?! I didn't touch the outside sensor and after retrofit I plug all the connection back to the dash components- (I hope i did it)
    And I have this errors:

When I check in module 17 (instruments) - no errors :/
I have done in basic settings in HAVC channel 1 and 3.
There is no temperature display, no cold air from climatronik , all internal sensors and motors and valves works OK.
    Any suggestions?

Sorry, can't help, but holy shit. I can't believe you did all that just to get 3 zone climate control.

    Climate Controll 3 zone retrofit

I had to done it because I retrofitted ventilated seats before. Therefore climate control has to be changed to 3 zone ones to control the fans in seats.
When I did that it produced 12 errors because 4 motors and 2 sensors missing.
It not difficult job and cheap, but time consuming :(
