I would say as soon as you order the RS5 and if this is the exhaust you want for it I would place an order as soon as you've confirmed your order for the RS5 because even though these exhausts take a week to build, there are already lots of existing orders in the system. HMS is very well organized and they have blocked off certain weeks for us in advance so right now the next available build weeks are Week 29, 31, 35, 39, 43 as of today.

Week 29 is Monday July 15th. Production would begin on Monday and ship on Friday.
