How low is my MMI?

So its a 2006 A6 4.2 S-line. But from what I can tell I have nothing other than regular am fm and 6 cd changer. My question is how much work/equipment do I have to purchase in order to be able to do things like play music though bluetooth, get gps, and what ever else cool things you usually get with cars like these.

Damn no response? I was hoping to see how easy or hard it would be to install gps xm and most importantly play music via bluetooth. Was hoping to find a scrapped car I could get the paets from
