help radio install

okay, ive read a butt load if different harnesses to use and what to do blah blah

i have a 02 A4 B6 NON BOSE!

i bought a alpine CDE-134HD i want to use

i have infinity kappa series speakers for front with tweets and rear to replace stock speakers ( speakers installed in the car)

i want to know straight up what adapter harness will plug right in to the stock plugs and give me pig tails so i can wire my plug from the aftermarked head unit..

or a well shown easy read pin out of what wires are power, switched power, front speakers and rear speakers and ground..
