Audi Component Protection unlock by VW dealer or shop??

Does anyone know if a VW dealer or misc. Audi shop can unlock the Component Protection on our Audi's? I replaced my Comfort Control Module with a brand new one. I expected to get the Component Protection error, and I did. I live like 50mi from nearest Audi dealer and only 5mi from a VW dealer. Just wondering if anybody knows whether other dealers or shops can do it?
