Reprogramming Tail lights?

Hello everyone,

I have a 2013 S5 and I'd really like to reprogram the tail lights to keep the underlining lit up during the day.

Switch position Auto:
- Currently in the day:
- Headlight full day time running lights are lit (not dimmed)
- Tail lights, no running lights

- What I'd like to have happen in the day:
- Headlights full day time running lights are lit (not dimmed)
- Tail light running lights (the LED underlining you get when you turn on the headlights)

Does anyone know the codes to change this?

yes i have my headlights at full drl and my tail lights on
switch is set to parking lights
