Cool idea- I like the form factor and the data combined with the video. I would much prefer that it also have a rear dash cam as well as continuous recording capability while parked as well for security purposes. Seems to be geared primarily for folks who want to record clips while driving and share them. Fairly expensive compared to others out there with HD resolution.

I actually ran across this yesterday when trying to find a dash cam. Seems like the coolest and most sleek, but the price tag is way more than the others.

I bought a twin pack off Kickstarter when it launched a year or so back. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these cameras! The two I recent are well made, packaged, and supported! BTW they are launching a 360 Security camera .......

I bought one when it was on pre-order. I returned it because I'm also in some radar detector forums and a few guys tested some on there and said the mount was very loose causing shaky video.

I know the audis have a selective send/receive through obd2. Not saying they won't work.

The idea is great, but until they fix some things I wouldn't get it

The early versions of firmware did NOT support the Audi/VW ODB2, but has been updated and now I get "overlay" of the available information.

Well, I have recieved the camera and just updating with my initial thoughts.

Unpackaged unit and, and have to agree with other reviews I have seen, not a big fan of the connection where the camera meets the windshield mount. Has not come apart, but just seems somewhat flimsy.

Regarding the unit itself, good design, great features, BUT, the G#D DAMN THING IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!! It's like the unit is possessed!! If I want to display the boost, I would like it to stay there, not rotate through to other screens for no reason at all! I just want to throw the F$#@!NG unit out the window!

I just drove 4+ hours (each direction) this past weekend with one of mine displaying the coolant temp, never changed screens or went to sleep. I will try it with the boost gauge and see what happens. could it be a setting somewhere that makes is rotate?

It didn't really matter what screen I had in, it was always changing. I not even touch the unit when I first get in the car, the screen was scrolling left, right, up, down, going to sleep. Possessed! Lol

Does it do the same thing if you bring the camera inside and connect it to a computer or just power it up? Possible to have overheated the camera? they run pretty hot without the 100*+ days. I have had to take my down when parking for an extended period of time.

Have not tried bringing it in, but this was the case from the initial plug in and unit had not even been used.
