Thanks. I saw a few posts in that thread about the difficulty of removing coolant hoses. I did a flush at 50k and know my heater core hoses are seized to the metal pipes, so I couldn't flush the heater core or burp the system from there. Ended up burping it from the expansion tank instead. I assume my other hoses are similarly stuck. Do the t-stat hose get trashed in this install? And if the drain petcock is clogged (mine is), is it worth replacing during the service? I'm trying to figure out misc. parts I might need before digging in to the job. Looks like most of its in the kit minus the o ring and some tools (torx bits / triple square).
