    Hi Peeet,

Decided to get a new wiring harness as I think they sent the wrong one. Just have one question in the kit there's the ground, the can hi and can low but there's a metal connector that i'm not sure what that is.

    This wire

That cable is for power. It can be inserted into the back of the fuse block where there is ignition switched power, then a fuse goes in. You'll need to somehow find ignition switched power in one of the unoccupied fuse blocks. For my 2014, I needed to run power from the driver side to the passenger side (where I wired into the CAN block there as well), as there were no open ignition switch power on that side.

Last question. What's the extra black plug at the other end?

It's for the rear buzzer. There should be 2 of the same plug in the setup, one for the front harness (which has contacts for the button and a cable for front buzzer), and one for the rear buzzer which goes into the seat belt guide for the rear passenger side back seat.
