What is your issue exactly? is the sensor physically broken? Replacing them is pretty straight forward, remove rear wheel, remove bolt from sensor, disconnect electrical connections, apply liberal amount of favorite penetrating lubricant to sensor and wiggle.

I've been running the ebay ones without a problem. Being that you are from up north (my car came from up there) you may have to clearance the hole a bit from the rust in order to fit a new sensor in there.

PB blast the shit out of the retaining bolt for that sensor before you attempt to remove it. It's easy to break the head off of it and then you'll be drilling it out and re-tapping.

You need a allen key, 3mm maybe??? The driver side is intertwined with the rear headlight level sensor. Both go up under the seat. I have one and we've been talking on vortex.

yes the rear bench has to be lifted up to access the one end of the plug. Its easy though, All you do is give it a nice tug and it comes up with ease. Youll see a foam circle that has a wire coming through the body (under the seat) and thats the abs sensor plug.

Sorry to bring this year old thread back up but I'm looking to replace my driver side wheel speed sensor. It's cracked practically flush with the hub. What be the ideal way to get this out? Are the sensors threaded into the hub or do they just push in? I cracked it trying to get out to replace a wheel bearing like everybody else does. Any one got any tips to get out?
